Warren Dale is a seasoned entrepreneur and an owner / partner of All Event Rental, a leading event rental company based in Sarasota, FL. With over 30 years of diverse business experience, Warren is known for his excellence in customer service, operational leadership, and a consistent track record of building successful ventures. In 2024, he acquired All Event Rental, applying his seasoned business acumen to the event services industry and continuing his legacy of delivering excellence and value to clients.
Mark Krajcir
Co-Owner
Mark Krajcir is a longtime operator who has spent more than 30 years growing businesses across brick and mortar, ecommerce, and service industries. When he became co-owner of All Event Rental & Design, he stepped into a company with history, heart, and the need for a fresh start. What followed was a full renewal—updated branding, better systems, and a commitment to rebuilding trust through care and creativity. Mark believes great events begin with great relationships. He loves collaborating with clients and
partners, sharing ideas, and helping bring meaningful moments to life along the Gulf Coast.
Melissa joined All Event Rental in 2019 and has advanced to the role of General Manager through dedication, leadership, and over 15 years of industry experience. She works closely with clients on events of all sizes, with a particular passion for distinctive celebrations that bring each client’s vision to life. Her interest in event design began while creating memorable celebrations for her children, which later inspired her to establish a small event planning business serving birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, and private events for high-profile clients, including Ducks Unlimited and Bobby Bowden.

Born and raised in Sarasota, Ken takes pride in serving the community he calls home. With over four years in the events industry, he is passionate about helping clients bring their vision to life while ensuring every detail is handled with care.
